RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & ORDER FULFILLMENT

Order Fulfillment

We strive to ship out all orders within 3 business days of the order date.  Under certian rare circumstances, it may take us a little longer.  Rest assured, once we ship out your order you will receive an email with tracking information (when applicable).

Refunds
No refunds, no exceptions!  Once you submit your order, it cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Under exceptional circumstances, usually due to us determining your order has a high potential for fraud, we may issue you a refund.  
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shoplaced.nj@gmail.com.

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
No exchanges, no exceptions!  All of our merchandise is hand checked thoroughly for any defects and damages prior to shipping.  We will not, and do not ship out damaged goods.  All of our merchandise is 100% Authentic. 

Shipping
DO NOT SHIP BACK ANY GOODS PURCHASED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE.  WE WILL REFUSE ALL PACKAGES WE HAVE NOT AUTHORIZED TO BE RETURNED.
